The Adam & Eve Matrix

How did our small self get so wounded, so reactive and so over present?

As you know, many of our wounds are from childhood. As a child we think we’re the center of the universe, because we don’t know anything else. Everything is about us so when bad things happen, we believe it’s all our fault. Maybe our parents were fighting or the family pet died, and we thought we were the cause of it.

It’s no wonder we all got wounded. And no wonder we developed so many fears, insecurities and patterns of unworthiness. How often do we ask ourselves “What did I do wrong, what’s wrong with me?” We believe we’re damaged goods and need to be fixed. We all know or have known this programming.

So, as we’re in the middle of a huge transformation on a larger scale right now, this is the time to choose differently. To no longer let yourself get sucked into old automatic pilot patterns and protection mechanisms, but to actually choose who you really are and who you want to be. To no longer get caught in the dualistic, three-dimensional egotrap. Because that is not who you REALLY are!

This is the time to be shifting from our ‘small I’ into our ‘big I’, our Higher Self, or our Highest Self as I like to call it. So we can be that Highest Self with a ‘small I’ instead of the other way around, knowing that we have a choice!

But getting there is not a snap of a finger for most of us. It took me years and years of healing my wounds before I could even get a glimpse of my Highest Self and feel what if felt like to embody a higher version of myself.

So, why are we talking about this?

Because I feel that this is the transformation we are all looking for. Knowing that we CAN step out of the 3D struggle and that there IS an easier way, an easier existence for us.

And this is right where we are now.

One of my teachers called it the Adam & Eve matrix.

It’s because we were made to believe that we did something wrong, and that this is the reason we were kicked out of paradise. We started to believe that everything’s black and white, that we are failures and that we need to fix and save ourselves.

This is the old paradigm that’s being completed now.

And at the same time there’s a new paradigm that is unfolding, which may not be very clear for us yet.

It’s almost like two tectonic plates that are moving towards each other and we can hear and feel it’s rumbling. And when two plates meet, one has to go under and the other one gets pushed up.

So, we’re in that period of two tectonic plates where the one going down pushes the other one up, so everything that is happening is perfect.

But these are unpredictable and challenging times and they’re not always easy. On a personal level they may kick up our insecurities, our deepest fears and we may feel disempowered, victimized and hopeless to do anything about what we see happening around us.

But we don’t have to be in that place. We don’t have to feel stuck on a roller coaster where we can’t get off of.

It starts with being able to see the bigger picture of what’s happening. It’s messy, but we all know that healing can be messy. And that not only goes for us on an individual level (with lots of tears, ups & downs, and so on … ☺️), but also for humanity and our planet.

Also, we can keep healing ourselves of all the wounding we carry and keeps us stuck in the Adam & Eve matrix of suffering. The more ‘whole’ we become again, the less we need to  focus on our ‘stuff’, allowing us to open up more and connect with our Highest Self. When we are in that expanded state we tap into Universal Love, we actually ARE Univeral Love.

And that is the strongest antidote to all our suffering.

And finally, as we are awakening, we are creating a lifeline – we ARE a lifeline for everyone else – as we shift from the old into the new reality.

So, it’s time we all shed our karma, our wounding, so we can be and do what we came here to be and do.

We all signed up for this major transition!

So, try not to see it as ‘bad’, ‘negative’, or ‘difficult’, or keep telling yourself ‘I don’t want to be here’. I strongly feel we are here to lead by example and to lead the way, shining a light for others.
